[Effortless Swimming] How To Breathe To Your Opposite Side in Freestyle + 2 more things

Breathing in freestyle is like sitting on the couch.

One side is comfortable, the other side can be a little awkward. Even elite swimmers have a side they prefer, but they still breathe to their opposite side (at least in training).

This is a neat little drill you can do to become comfortable breathing to your opposite side.

If you're like me you get hungry after swimming.

Checking the cupboards AND the fridge more than once, looking for food and hoping something will appear?

This is something that's helped me snack on less 'not so good' food but to also always have something in the fridge or freezer to eat.

If you're in Australia, I'm running a competition where you can win an underwater filming and technique analysis session with me (normally $249). The session will be done in Melbourne but if you're outside of Melbourne and don't mind travelling then feel free to enter!

It closes on Wednesday May 8th.

That's all for this week...see you next week!
