Nu-i 'o scrisoare pierduta' ....

Welcome to Sportplan Olaru, where you will find a wide variety of resources and tools to help you improve your coaching. People that use Sportplan range from amateur coaches, looking for new ideas and how to get started in coaching, to professional coaches planning sessions for assistant coaches and volunteers.
Please take the time to read this brief introduction to help you get the most from the services we offer. You can also view our video guides hereor download our step-by-step user guide.
Search our library of animated drills and video techniques -Our constantly growing library can be searched by keyword or coaching topic, to quickly find inspiration and/or to plan for your next training session.

Collect drills you like on your clipboard, to start planing your coaching session. The online Clipboard allows you to collect content you like from around the site, to either print later, start building a session plan and/or present as a slideshow.

The Chalkboard allows you to sketch your own drills, with drag and drop sport specific icon libraries and drawing tools. Allowing you to build your own personal library of drills, all saved and stored online. These can then be added to the Clipboard for printing or inclusion in session plans.

Sportplan now offers Two levels of Session planning: 1.) TheBasic Session Planner or Clipboard Editor, is for the coach who has collected drills on their Clipboard and wishes to make some basic changes before printing or saving. You can organise your drills and add notes, give your session a title, add your own notes and other instructions to your coaching plan.

The Advanced Session Planner is a fully functional web app. It allows a coach to start from scratch. Used by many level 2 coaches and higher. Simply choose a template from the template library, (templates are currently based on the UKCC session requirements). A coach simply points and clicks where they wish to write. Adding new practice rows and notes boxes as required, with sub headings. The coach can instantly search and insert drills from the library and/or sketch diagrams with the chalkboard. Sessions can be exported directly to PDF for downloading and sharing by email.

The coaches My Stuff (file store) area is where all Session plans and chalkboards are saved. Coaches can build their own folder system to arrange their session plans.

The My Team tools allow coaches to interact within Sportplan. Invite other coaches to join your 'My Team' and then in one click you can Share Sessions and receive comments on them. Much better than simply printing off a session and handing it to a colleague. Sharing sessions online ahead of training allows the recipient to watch the animations and fully understand the session, prior to printing it. Create a whole programme of work and share the folder with the coaches or parents who you wish to deliver it.

Sportplan Answers is where coaches can ask questions and share their knowledge. More powerful than a standard forum, coaches posting answers can easily attach drills, videos, Chalkboard sketches or whole session plans to their answers.

The Session of the Week, is a weekly sample session written by one of Sportplan's expert contributors. Full Members can download the sessions or read and watch the examples online, sessions can be copied to the coaches My Stuff (file store) area for use in the future.
